Large living room with flat screen TV, dvd player, ipod stereo, cable tv and wireless internet. Caged pool has lounge chairs, grill and seating for outdoor dining. Significant storage throughout. Handicap accessible and well behaved pets will be considered. There is a $150 cap on utilities. Owner prefers 90 days during season with monthly or weekly rentals accepted the rest of the year.
